The Barn at Honey Blossom Orchard is the central location for our honey farm & one of the most Affordable Historic Barn venues in the Northwest Ohio area – just 30 minutes from Toledo!
Rental of our property includes our beautiful historic barn as well as exclusive access to our 10 acre honey farm & Orchard. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty with comfort, The Barn at Honey Blossom Orchard is the place for you. Our historic barn offers a realistic, rustic casual backdrop for your special day with farm settings where you can walk down the aisle for your “I do’s” as well as entertain your family & friends as you dance the night away. This magical indoor/outdoor event space provides the perfect place to marry your best friend, snap your save the date pictures, & host your rehearsal.
We are conveniently located right off of State Route 24, only 30 minutes from Toledo, Ohio in Napoleon, Ohio. We have no mandatory vendors that must be used. We have accommodations just minutes from our front door for the convenience of your guest and are kid & pet friendly. What’s Included For Your Special Event:
- Exclusive access to the historic barn and 10 acres to roam around the Orchard & Farm.
- Select the Caterer, bartenders, and other vendors of your choice.
- A 2-hour rehearsal can be scheduled within the week before your wedding.
- Private suite for the Bride & entourage to lounge around, with Makeup stations to prepare for the wedding.
- A relaxing 14 hours of access to the barn, which begins at 10:00 am on the day of your event and ends at 12 midnight.
- Indoor restrooms.
- Beautiful brick fireplace & chandeliers in the main room with hand-hewn beams that are over 100 years old.
- Outdoor and indoor ceremony options
- A variety of photo locations all throughout our farm
- Rectangular tables to create a custom layout that best suits your day. (We have approximately 19 8ft tables & 4 6ft tables)
- Ivory tablecloths for a nominal fee.
- White wedding chairs for up to 200
- Upgraded wooden ladderback chairs for up to 150 guests at a nominal cost.
- Walk-up Bar, which features a live edge oak bar, kegerator, sink, commercial 3-door cooler, and ice freezer.
- Gazebo constructed from repurposed Grain Bin.
- Provide your own alcohol.
- 10-foot rustic serving counter with 16 electrical outlets for roaster, crockpots & chafing dishes.
- Honey Sticks celebrating our honey farm in various flavors available for your guests will be included. (up to 200). Can be exchanged for other honey favors.
- Items that can be used to enhance your day – Round barrel cake table, rustic guest book table, antique buffet, large wall blackboard for seating chart or salutations, 2 whiskey barrels, and 6 antique church pews for use at the gazebo.
- Ivory Chiffon wrapped beams, Ivory-accented mason jars, blue antique mason jars, circular wood slabs, wood boxes, branch votive holders, and 3 silver candelabras.
- Drive up access for easy unloading for you or your vendors.
- Outdoor 50 amp receptacle for food trucks.
- Use of the property for an engagement photo shoot & rehearsal.
- Easily-accessed outdoor lighted parking.
- Projector screen to display personal pictures or presentations.
- No hidden fees or minimums. Our pricing is transparent.
- Convenient hotels less than a mile away.
- Our facility is ADA-compliant.
- Appointments to go over details and walkthrough.
- An added bonus in 2024 price includes cleanup and teardown of tables & chairs.
- Grooms suite for relaxation & recreation before walking down the aisle.
- New outside patio for outdoor seating or dancing under the stars.
We do require our couples to purchase an additional one-day event insurance policy, listing us as an additional insured. It will give you $1,000,000 in coverage.

FULL SERVICE WEDDING PACKAGES: New to Honey Blossom Orchard – Full Service Wedding package, including your own personal Wedding Planner & Day of Coordinator. Package includes everything from our “Whats Included” section plus Wedding Planner & Coordination by ALWAYS SOMETHING, LLC of Wauseon Ohio.
Full wedding package includes, day of wedding assistant, on site setup, timeline creation, budget management, event design, guided rehearsal on site point of contact, theme development, vendor acquisition, invitation design, wedding advisement, vendor recommendations & contract review. Package Pricing for this wedding package run is dependent on day of the week plus prime or off prime months but ranges from $3,050 – $4050.
Two-Day Rentals
**You have the option of adding Thursday from 2:00pm-8:00pm to your Friday rental
OR Friday from 2:00pm-8:00pm to your Saturday rental for an additional fee.
Our Venue Is Also Available For Many Other Event Types
Graduations, Birthdays, Showers, Anniversary Parties, etc.
The Barn can be rented 5 hours for $400 or 7 hours for $500 during the below times:

I love how you can either keep it minimal because of all the original rustic features, or you can add your own special touches with some decorations. Laura is also wonderful to work with! If you were like me, looking for a perfect rustic barn theme – this is your place. It was truly amazing! The owners are the nicest people and so easy to work with. They kept in touch and offered any decoration they had for the big day.
The place is already perfect the way it is. I didn’t need to purchase too many other things to decorate. You have so much space inside and out. The sunflower 
field and Orchard was the perfect place for photos. Everyone at our wedding complemented on what a gorgeous place it was.
Out of all the venues I looked at this one was definitely my favorite and so glad I had my wedding here!!
